This lecture will consider two difference aspects of our new digital world.
It will start with an introduction to digital assets, cryptocurrency and NFTS. Starting at the beginning with the language and concepts, the presentation will then touch on the few relevant cases we have had and then will look at practice points for those who hold digital assets and when they appears on the other party’s Form E.
The talk will also look at how the digital documents and evidence we use can be manipulated. Looking at examples of this, how to check for manipulation and what we can do if we find it.
