In this presentation Chris will take you through the basics of AI specifically for the UK’s property sector. He will provide a practical explanation of how GenAI works and what its good at while exploring what the future is likely to look at. This will be followed by an overview of some of the best use cases for AI in the UK’s property sector along with guidance on how to best deploy it. The session will include a number of practical demos of how to best leverage some GenAI capabilities in day-to-day work and will explore some more complex Machine Learning use cases.

Biography
Chris is an experienced property executive, combining both deep knowledge of how property in the UK functions along with lived experience of deploying AI that generates measurable benefits within property companies.
Chris is currently the UK’s property lead for Artefact – Europe’s leading data and AI consultancy – and is also heavily involved in setting the standards and writing the guidelines which UK RICS surveyors will follow. Chris is working on some of the largest AI deployment projects across the world and will bring his lived experiences and anecdotes to the session.
