The adrenaline surge that comes with an unexpected medical emergency can make our brain work slightly differently! Having worked in emergencies for over 20 years Katie and Tracy, who will be presenting this talk, have observed common mistakes staff can make and will enlighten the dental community with known strategies to reduce mistakes. This presentation will cover the emergency equipment you are expected to keep in the dental practice, how to use it and how to keep it tamper free and ready for use.
